Queue a scraper comparison

https://api.scrappycoco.ai/api/v1/scrapers/compare/jobs

Queues a durable same-input comparison and returns HTTP 202 with a job ID. The completed job contains unfiltered candidate evidence; no product-selected winner is returned.
