Queue a saved Discovery run

https://api.scrappycoco.ai/api/v1/discoveries//jobs

Queues durable execution of a saved Discovery and returns HTTP 202 with a job ID. Supply an Idempotency-Key and poll the job endpoint until it reaches a terminal status.
